My Worksy is a virtual assistant company, founded in 2021 to address the needs of overworked business owners and everyday people. We are a small, growing US-based company that works as an extension to our client’s teams. Our clients come from a number of industries, such as healthcare, tech startups, and consulting.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly qualified candidates to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. We specialize in assisting businesses and entrepreneurs with a number of different tasks. Therefore, your responsibilities may vary based on the client’s needs. You will work remotely with minimum supervision, in an environment with strong internet connection.

Responsibilities / Tasks may include:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Calendar management
  • Invoicing tasks
  • Document formatting
  • Organizing group meetings
  • Booking travel arrangements/creating itineraries
  • Email Management
  • Assisting with HR Tasks
  • Project coordination
  • Presentation content/review
  • Typing meeting notes
  • Generating and sending weekly reports

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing and document collaboration
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, trustworthy
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver tasks by specific deadlines
  • Tech savvy and an easy learner
  • Comfortable working remotely

Qualifications:

  • College degree; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
  • 2+ years of work experience (preferably in administrative duties)
  • Willingness to provide references
  • Flexible Schedule

Please note this is a 1099 Contract position. We are looking for candidates with flexible schedules. This role is currently starting at 10 hrs per week, and will increase over the next few months. Background check required.
