Our general office hours are 8am – 6pm CST. Special arrangements can be discussed upon request.

Yes, each client will be provided with their own virtual assistant. As long as you are a client with us, you will be able to continue that relationship with your assigned VA.

A MyWorksy representative will contact you with 24-48/hours on next steps. We will finalize the details, assign you a virtual assistant, and get started on your tasks.

There are no contracts. Therefore, you are able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your services before the next billing cycle. 

No. The hours do not rollover to the next month. Please ensure you have enough tasks to utilize the hours in your package.
